Hi. Which means this is my first year homeschooling, and let me make it clear, i’ve been stressing WAAAAAAAY to according that is much you! I’ve a kindergartner and I also began schooling her 6 hours a time, then dropped to 5 and today we have been simply doing 4! Even doing four hours per day, i fell myself searching for ways to fell up more of their time as she flies through her work therefore fast. We have printed off ADDITIONAL work so she shall get college hours! Therefore my real question is this: how do you know if doing four hours an is too much or too little day? We don’t want to stress her away by providing her excessively, however again, We don’t want to slack either! I really do keep a comprehensive record of hours and draw lesson that is up weekly. But im nevertheless afraid We wont have sufficient hours by may 2017
Then do as much as you like…just don’t forget to let her explore on her own too if she’s progressing and excited, not bored and frustrated. It’s great for her to own a good amount of peace and quiet.
